Wireless control may not be available to some areas in and around very large homes or businesses. Special circumstances in installation may warrant additional labor. You will be given a firm quote before any extra work is performed at your direction. Warranty after the first year applies to equipment only and does not include neglect or abuse by the owner, or replacement, repair or maintenance (including cleaning) of any doors, windows or walls to which security devices are attached. Labor is provided at prevailing rates on warranty items after the first year. Read your contract thoroughly BEFORE signing. Have your attorney review it if you do not understand any elements of the agreement. It is a binding agreement.
